As we are running a timed schedule clients turning up late for appointments will unfortunately be unable to be seen and will also lose their deposit.

People who do not adhere to the shop rules and policies will be refused services regardless of deposits being paid.
Unfortunately due to the appointment system No refunds will be given for late, missed or cancelled appointments .
